Common questions
How accurate is the estimate?
We measure the real roof from aerial data: each roof face, its pitch, and a waste allowance based on how complex the roof is. It gives homeowners a solid price range. You still confirm the final price on site.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set the price per square foot for each option, your minimum job and your steep-roof charge. Homeowners only ever see your numbers.
What if there's no street photo of the house?
The roof is still measured and priced from the address. The house picture is skipped for that home, and you still get the lead.
Where do leads go?
Every estimate is emailed to you with the homeowner's details and the option they picked. If you use GoHighLevel, leads can go straight into your CRM too.
Do I need a website?
No. You get a hosted estimate page you can share anywhere: social posts, emails, door hangers or a QR code.
What happens if I run out of estimates?
Homeowners see a short contact form instead, so you still get the lead. You can buy more credits or move up a plan any time.
